Here’s Lynne’s post on Bucks County Taste with the recipe for dinner last night. If you like meat – all kinds of meat – this is a great cold-weather stew.

There is a lot of meat in this. I mean, a lot. The first time Mark made this many years ago, during his first marriage, his pet rabbits ran to a far corner of the house, probably worried they were going to be thrown in also. Not our terriers. They hung out in the kitchen, praying for something to hit the floor.

You know, it wasn’t a bad night last night with this for dinner, a shot or two of Maker’s Mark, a fire, and the dogs curled up. Blizzards have their advantages.
